Ministry Leader Lunch

Pastor Lester Ayars has been faithfully serving at Island Christian Church since 1968, as Senior Pastor, and most recently in his role as Pastor Emeritus. With close to 50 years of Long Island ministry he provides a unique perspective of effective ministry on the Island. Under his leadership, ICC has experienced significant long term growth, and has weathered changing worship styles, multiple building campaigns, becoming a multi-site church, as well as the Island's changing culture. We will be asking Pastor Ayars frank questions about the lessons he has learned over the years. The Ministry Leader Lunches are a time of fellowship, connection, encouragement and prayer for Pastors, staff members and ministry leaders throughout Long Island. These lunches are for all Pastors and Ministry Leaders on Long Island and are open to everyone. Since the (free) lunch is always catered, an RSVP is greatly appreciated.
